Late June Update

The construction of Teal Lake Senior Living Community is well into the finish stage. Since the main exterior feature of our design, the massive timber trusses, have gone up, the building is getting a lot of great compliments, as it is quite visible from the highway. Many of the suites will enjoy a great view of Teal Lake. With the completion of Water St and its intersection with US 41, anyone can now drive through and see the beautiful main entrance of the building. We are anticipating an early Fall opening, once we get through the final finish and inspection phase. – L.R. Swadley, Swadley Development
